TORRANCE, Cal. River Hawk distance runner Paul Hogan (Burlington Mass.) set a school record and likely qualified for the NCAA Regional with a terrific 10,000-meters, late Thursday night/early Friday morning in the east, at the 61st Annual Mt. SAC Relays held this year at El Camino College in Torrance.
